He is joined by Richard Weinberg, an architect registered in Washington DC and William Ertel, a mechanical engineer based in the Baltimore area to provide comprehensive reserve analyses to projects of all sizes and types including mid-rise and high-rise condominiums, suburban communities and some of the country\u2019s largest homeowner associations.
