DMA Reserves in Washington DC and Baltimore!!

Doug Greene, President of DMA Reserves Inc., has been developing a fast-growing market in reserve studies in Washington DC, Northern Virginia and the state of Maryland over the past 5 years. He is joined by Richard Weinberg, an architect registered in Washington DC and William Ertel, a mechanical engineer based in the Baltimore area to provide comprehensive reserve analyses to projects of all sizes and types including mid-rise and high-rise condominiums, suburban communities and some of the country’s largest homeowner associations. DMA has recently completed a full reserve study for the Reston Association in Virginia and a complete Level II update of our full reserve study for Montgomery Village in Maryland.
